You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 786sp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 786sp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. 786sp reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be archived and closed.
You may request closure of your 786sp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
786sp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, NayaPay, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786sp does not accept cryptocurrency transactions at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, however 786sp reserves the right to apply limits in accordance with responsible gaming assessments, KYC status, or regulatory requirements. Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the standard KYC verification. 786sp does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 786sp bears no responsibility. Where a withdrawal is returned to 786sp by your payment provider due to incorrect account details provided by you, an administrative re-processing fee may be deducted from the returned amount.
A bet is considered confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted by the 786sp system and a bet reference number has been issued to you. Bets placed on the 786sp sportsbook — covering cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi, tennis, UFC, horse racing, and other available markets — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event as published on the platform.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, event, and player tier. 786sp reserves the right to restrict maximum bet limits on any market at its sole discretion, including for individual accounts where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious error in pricing — including but not limited to computer malfunctions, human error, or data feed failure — 786sp reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to your account. What constitutes an "obvious error" is determined at 786sp's sole discretion, applied reasonably and consistently.
If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the applicable market rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after the point at which an event outcome was determined — due to data feed latency or system delay — are also subject to voiding.
The following betting behaviours are strictly prohibited on 786sp and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of winnings:

Unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and must be satisfied within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Unless otherwise specified in offer-specific terms, bonus funds and free bet credits expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance if wagering requirements have not been met. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

This may include recent pay slips, bank statements, or business income documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending further review.

Any funds identified as potentially linked to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime may be frozen pending investigation and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities.
